Shower Tray Replacement and Enclosure Installation
Dismantling of the original leaking shower tray, subfloor repair, installation of a new tray with a brick base, and fitting of the shower enclosure.
The Vision
This project involved repairing the shower area without requiring a complete overhaul of the entire bathroom. First, the existing shower tray was removed. After removal, the subfloor area was cleaned, and the waste pipe routing under the shower was inspected and adjusted.
Subsequently, new support points were created, the new shower tray was installed, and a front brick base was constructed. The front of the base was tiled and finished with precise grouting. Finally, a new glass shower enclosure with sliding doors was installed, the shower mixer was connected, and all joints were sealed with silicone for 100% waterproofing.
